No Refunds for Custom-Built Orders

Due to the nature of our business, where each product is meticulously constructed based on your specific preferences and needs, we cannot offer refunds for custom-built orders. This policy applies to all purchases of bespoke products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Customized goods
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized services
  • Tailored solutions


In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, such as in situations of proven fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other extenuating circumstances. Any such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent for future refund requests. Additionally, please note that our refund process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Transaction Fees

In the event that any transaction fees are incurred during the purchase or refund process, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer and are also non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any other related charges.
