At Dreamcore Private Limited, we take pride in crafting custom-built products to meet your unique requirements. As each order is carefully tailored to your specifications, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Here is our refund policy:

Due to the nature of our business, where each PC is meticulously configured and assembled, we cannot offer refunds for custom-built systems or our Dream Builds / Prebuild range of PCs.

This policy applies to all purchases of bespoke and pre-configured products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Customized goods
  • Dream Builds and Prebuild PCs
  • Custom Build PCs
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized services
  • Tailored solutions

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, such as in situations of proven fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other extenuating circumstances. Any such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent for future refund requests. Additionally, please note that our refund process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

In the event that any transaction fees are incurred during the purchase or refund process, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer and are also non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any other related charges.
