Built my first gaming pc here. Tried asking quotes from other pc builders and boutiques but Dreamcore's staff Shanice was extremely patient and accomodating with me. I truly am grateful with her services and politeness even though I was being very indecisive even till the very end. Yet, she still remained calm and polite till the very end. Dreamcore, I would like to say that you have a very commendable staff in your company. Shanice has been nothing but friendly, polite, well-mannered and professional throughout our conversations and deals.

I had an excellent experience getting a new computer through Shanice, the key Account Manager at Dreamcore. I was in a rush to build a custom power workstation, and Shanice was exceptionally prompt with her replies. She remained patient throughout my changing requests as I was trying to balance between budget and performance, and she worked closely with me all the way until we reached a combination that I was satisfied with :)

With the current shortage of computer parts, she kept me updated on the progress of my order and actively sourced alternatives for components that went out of stock, to ensure that my computer can be delivered within the promised timeframe.

I bought my first Dreamcore Workstation more than 6 years ago and it is still running very well. Due to work demands, I bought a new workstation from Dreamcore again, and I am happy to share that their dedication to services and quality of product are still top-notch! The new workstation runs very well and the OS and drivers were already updated.  The components are all of top quality and state of the art. My money is definitely very well spent, and they will have my support again when my workstation shows its age....but that might be another 6 years later! Definitely 5 stars to them! A shoutout to Sean for his dedicated and attentive service too!

Update April 2026:
Had a minor issue which requires the service team expert to service my PC. Aaron came over to my place and did an excellent job on checking, servicing, and explaining to me on the workings of the PC and how to maintain it well in future. Shoutout to Mithul during the tech show for answering taking the time to answer my questions and not hard selling me.

Ethan was also quick to answer my queries about the timeliness of my PC build and I managed to collect my PC during the date he stated.
